Day by Day
You will go to Botswana and visit Chobe National Park we will be either camping or 4* Accommodated in the Chobe National Park in Exclusive Wilderness sites i.e. HATAB or BOGA sites, with no other campers nearby. If the sites are fully booked, we will be forced to use the public site at IHAHA this is very rare though. All trips will have a backup team, including a cook and minimal/no participation is required. Ablutions consist of rustic open-air bucket showers and long drop style toilets. All trips will be run by skilled, licensed professional guides. Chobe’s big heard of Elephants, Giraffe, Buffalos, Zebras and good bird life.
Best Time for Wildlife Viewing
Chobe has very seasonal wildlife viewing. The dry months, from May to October, are a good time to visit the Chobe River area in the north. During the Wet season, from December to April, animals tend to congregate around the pans in the interior of the park.
Wildlife & Animals – Chobe NP
Chobe has an impressive wealth of animal life. Elephant and buffalo are a permanent presence on the riverbanks in the dry months. Burchell's zebra are very common as well, while smaller numbers of sable, roan and greater kudu can be found in the park interior. Lion, wild dog, leopard and cheetah are all regularly spotted.

Binoculars and a camera with lots of film! For digital ensure batteries are charged- there is no electricity in the bush (we can charge via the cigarette lighter)
