Day 1 Arrival Livingstone City
Upon arrival Meet and Greet with our driver guide and transfer for your checking in at Victoria falls Water front lodge along Zambezi River, have sunset cruise along the Mighty Zambezi River and rest for the day.

Day 2 Victoria falls Livingstone
Have breakfast in the morning and depart for a full day Livingstone tour your second sightseeing is tour of the Victoria falls, on Zambian side of the falls. After visit the Livingstone Museum- the oldest museum in Zambia with interesting displays of David Livingstone memorabilia. Then after the bustling Maramba local market, which sells everything from vegetables and cooking pots to handcrafts and colorful fabric. Livingstone town, named after missionary and explorer David Livingstone, is located about 10km from the Zambian side of Victoria Falls.
Livingstone acts as a gateway to the magnificent attractions of the Falls and the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. In fact, the majority of visitors catch no more than a fleeting glimpse of the town as they transfer from the airport to their accommodation close to Victoria Falls.

Day 3 Lusaka
Lusaka is the capital city of Zambia. In the center, sprawling Lusaka City Market sells clothing, produce and other goods. The National Museum exhibits archaeological finds and contemporary art. Nearby, the Freedom Statue commemorates Zambia's struggle for independence, we shall also Visit the Local Villages nearby. Staying is at Lusaka Backpackers Lodge

Day 4 Chipata
Departure is early morning and therefore we will request packed breakfast, please note that this is a long drive and there for our aim is to get closer to South Luangwa and therefore we will break in Chipata, this is our stop over and try to visit the weaving factory, done by locals.

DAY 5 - South Luangwa national park.
Traveling from Chipata Zambia and arrival at South Luangwa National Park, crossing a buffer zone surrounded by villages. In the afternoon watch the animals from the amazing location of the field, and the first night safari in search of all those nocturnal predators such as lions, hyenas and leopards, with the possibility of course spotting elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and other wild animals. Overnight at the lodge on the banks of the Luangwa River. Often, they observe hippos, elephants and giraffes cross the river.

DAY 6 South Luangwa national park.
The rich diversity of habitats will be immediately apparent in our first morning safari and during the night drive, 4x4 safaris during the evening hours, when it is easier to spot nocturnal animals: deep in the South Luangwa National Park in search of lions, leopards , hyenas, genets, civets, nightjar ... in this park you can spot the rare wild dog, they are unfortunately endangered. Overnight at the lodge on the banks of the Luangwa River. Breakfast.

DAY 7 South Luangwa - Malawi, Lilongwe.
After breakfast head to Malawi Border, cross the border and Welcome to Malawi, known as the Warm Heart of Africa! Travel towards Chitipi, small village on the outskirts of Lilongwe. We will cross a rural Malawi inhabited by the country’s ethnic Chewa, where the language spoken is Chi-Chewa. If we are lucky, we will be able to meet the masks of Gule Wamkulu, secret ceremony and dance that is showcased at special moments such as births, traditional festivals and significant moments in the life of man and woman. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 8 Lilongwe - Viphya forest reserve.
Setting off from Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, we drive about four hours north to the forested Kawandama Hills of the Viphya Plateau. Our first destination is part of the scenic Viphya Forest Reserve, a picturesque area of rolling hills where indigenous and exotic forests grow. We spend the night at Kawandama Hills, amid the essential oil plantations, covering some 6000 hectares of the reserve. The Viphya Mountains reach around 5500 feet (1700 metres) above sea level, giving rise to a pleasantly cool climate. Arriving in the Viphya Forest Reserve we visit the essential oil plant (time allowing) and soak up the beautiful scenery. The forests of Viphya attract a variety of birds some of which we hope to spot as we walk through the trees. Accommodation: Kawandama Hills Cottage (Mid-range cottage located just outside the park)

DAY 9 - Nyika national park.
A journey through wild and little tourist views. Arrival at Nyika National Park, beauty set among the 2000 and 2600 meters above sea level, with one of the most spectacular scenery and unusual landscapes in Central Africa. The view that one enjoys from the peak is truly amazing. Overnight in a lodge in an amazing location, one of the most beautiful areas of Africa; the lodge area is, again, malaria free. DAY 10 Nyika national park
Today we explore the untamed wilderness area on morning and afternoon game drives and bush walks. The protected area consists of endless rolling hills and open valleys, covered in pine forests, heather and montane grasslands scattered with wildflowers. Its rich flora draws diverse wild animals and an abundance of birdlife, with over 400 bird species. Nyika National Park is home to zebras, elephants, lions, buffalo and a variety of antelope species, such as bushbuck, eland, reedbuck and roan antelopes. The game park is also said to host one of central Africa’s highest densities of leopards, along with jackals, bush pigs, warthogs, klipspringers and hyenas. Optional activities, available at extra cost, include mountain biking, birding and fly fishing for trout, as well as night game drives.

DAY 11: Chintheche & Makuzi Beach – Malawi
This morning we enjoy breakfast at our lodge on the cliff-tops, then we descend down to scenic northern shores of Lake Malawi. Following the famous 22 hairpin bend road down the escarpment, we trace the lakeshore south to Mzuzu before dipping into the Rift Valley to reach Chintheche. Chintheche lies just south of Nkhata Bay and boasts some of the best beaches along the shores of this vast freshwater lake. The southernmost lake in the East African Rift Valley, Lake Malawi has clear, warm waters and enjoys a tropical climate, making it a great place for water sports and relaxing on the sandy beaches. As we explore the natural beauty of Malawi, renowned for its warm and friendly people, we also discover its rich cultures. Our next lodge is set in manicured gardens overlooking its own private bay on the massive, tranquil lake.

DAY 12: Makuzi Beach – Lake Malawi
Lake Malawi is flanked by scenic mountains offering a beautiful setting for our last day of exploring. We enjoy a day of leisure on the sandy Lake Malawi beaches and surrounding area. At the secluded Makuzi Bay, there are a variety of optional activities to choose from, including snorkelling, fishing, kayaking and yoga. The bay offers excellent bird watching opportunities and lovely scenery, ideal for strolling and enjoying the peace. Treat yourself to a massage or simply loll in the warm waters of the lake. Go for an optional activity like, horse riding or scuba diving nearby or get involved in one of the community projects. Take a village tour which includes a historical missionary site, community projects, museum and a taste of the local cuisine.

DAY 13 Makuzi beach - Senga bay forest reserve.
Leave Makuzi Beach to reach a place where very impressive landscape that not only amazes us, but also the Senga Bay forest where monkeys and hyrax are easy to spot. Optional activities are Snorkeling, and Overnight at the lodge overlooking Lake Malawi. Wamwai Beach Lodge

Day 14 – 15 : Liwonde National Park
This day sees us journeying on to Liwonde National Park. Our next lodge is located on the banks of the Shire River in Liwonde National Park. In the late afternoon, we embark on a sunset game drive in Liwonde, returning to the lodge after dark. Liwonde is home to plenty of wildlife and abundant birdlife with over 400 bird species recorded. Wildlife sightings include buffalo, black rhinos, elephants, leopards and a variety of antelopes, including rare sable, kudu, waterbuck and eland. -Day 15, brings morning and afternoon game drives in the unspoilt Liwonde Park, as well as a boat safari or game walk. Boat cruises on the Shire offer excellent game viewing and are especially good for watching large hippo pods, Nile crocodiles and the big herds of elephants drinking and bathing in the river. In between game viewing activities you can swim in the large pool and unwind at the lodge, watching wildlife and birds along the Shire River.

Day 16: Zomba PLATEAU.
The top of the Zomba Plateau is 1800 m and it offers an incredible view over the Rift Valley and the legendary Shire River. full day excursion to climb to the plateau, including a lush forest, streams, dams and waterfalls. You can decide whether to reach the Queen's View and the 'Emperor's View that are vantage points from which you can enjoy a top view of the Rift valley. With a little luck you can spot the shy Livingstone turaco, many vervet monkeys and enjoy the delicious berries. Possibility of pleasant excursions on horseback. Overnight at the eco-lodge. DAY 17 MULANJE.
Day entirely dedicated to the journey on foot in the tea plantations before embarking on the climb and plan some details in order to customize the most of the hiking. Mulanje offers incredible views at the foot of the mountain, views of the hills and tea with endless expanses and bright green leaves and with room only to the red of the labyrinthine routes through the plantations, where you can meet the real Malawian life. Overnight stay in the Kara O'Mula Country Lodge ancient colonial house.

DAY 18 Mulanje - Blantyre airport.
After breakfast we drive off to Blantyre through the fertile highlands of the Rift Valley; Transfer to airport for international departure flight as per flight timetable.
