Airport Transfers Southern Africa    

From less than $15 p/p, We conduct road transfers from all Airports and places in Southern Africa. Our transfer drivers guides will assist you with luggage, chasing away vendor, Custom and Immigration proccesses if need arises, also a detailed information about the Country and place you are visiting.

Our vehicles consists of the following:

Nissan Elgrand minibuses
2 x 7 Seater (with air-conditioning)
Toyota Coaster buses
2 x 19 Seater (with air-conditioning)
Marco Polo coaches
1 x 50 Seater (with air-conditioning)
All pick up times are arranged to tie in with flight departures, border meetings and scheduled tours. Our Guides work to this timetable collecting clients from each Hotel enroute to their intended destination.

Transfer changes:
We often get clients phoning the night before or even on the day of travel to change their pick up time. Please note that should we have vehicle available to take them at their preferred time, their reservation will then become a “private transfer” and the clients will be charged accordingly. They will be required to pay the Guide before departure and if the transfer is to a departing flight, payment must be in cash. African Coast will not be held responsible for clients who miss their flight due to a transfer time change that they have requested, however we will of course advise clients accordingly if we feel they are not giving themselves enough time to check in. Please make your clients aware of this.

PRIVATE SERVICES
Generally Private services will be charged based on the activity’s capacity, please contact Central Reservation Office  to see what options are available.
Transfers - this will be charged based on a minimum of 4 pax in order to secure a Private Service

Transfers In Victoria falls Zimbabwe
Airport to Victoria Falls Town – 20 minutes Cost Minimum 2 persons Cost $18p/p One way
All our transfers are conducted in Mini Buses and/or Coaches. Our Guide will personally meet your clients with name board that clearly states the client’s name/s. On their journey to town they are given a brief but informative commentary on the area, places to visit and items of special interest.
On arrival clients are given a Welcome Pack containing the following:
A Welcome Letter & Questionnaire;
A Company business card with full contact details and an emergency after-hours number;
An Itinerary giving them details of pick up times for their return journey and any tours they may have booked with us.

Private Flights – minimum 4 persons
If we are collecting clients from a private flight, we will offer complimentary transfers to the crew if they are travelling to town at the same time as the Clients. If the Crew need to stay on at the airport to refuel and require a separate transfer, this will be charged at the normal rate. Any bookings for Crew transfers should be advised in advance.

Matetsi Transfers – minimum 2 persons Cost $35p/p One way
Transfers from the airport take approximately 1 hour. On arrival at the Matetsi Hub, clients will be met by a Matetsi Game Lodge representative who will continue their journey to either the ‘Safari’ or ‘Water’ Lodge in a game-drive vehicle.

Hwange Transfers – minimum 4 persons Cost $50p/p One way
Please allow 2½ - 3 hours for this journey. Hwange Safari Lodge & Airport are approximately 180km from Victoria Falls.

Mlibizi / Kariba Ferry Transfers – minimum 4 persons Cost $90p/p One way
This journey can take up to 4 ½ hours - Milibizi is approximately 250km from Victoria Falls.

Binga Transfers – minimum 4 persons Cost $102p/p One way
This journey takes up to 5 hours - Binga is approximately 320km from Victoria Falls.

Inter Hotel/Town Transfers – minimum 2 persons Cost $5p/p One way
This service is available between 07.30hrs and 22.30hrs should clients need to be transferred between hotels, restaurants, the Elephant Hills Golf Course etc.

Stanley & Livingstone Minimum 2 persons Cost $20p/p one way
Please note that Stanley & Livingstone is situated outside of Victoria Falls Town. Additional return transfers (costed on Vic Falls Airport / Vic Falls Town rates) should be added for any touring or activities guests would like to book in Vic Falls Town.

Gorges Lodge minimum 2 persons Cost $45p/p One way
Please note that the Gorges Lodge is situated outside Victoria Falls Town. Due to very bad road conditions, African Coast is unable to do transfers to this property

Transfers In Chobe Botswana
Clients will need their Passports and where necessary, a Visa to enter Botswana. The clients Visa must be purchased in advance from a Botswana High Commission and Visa fees are not included in our transfer rates. Our transfers to and from Botswana are operated at pre-scheduled times and the journey from Victoria Falls to Kasane is approximately 1½ hours. If clients wish to travel at an unscheduled time, the transfer will be treated as “private” and will be charged at a minimum of 4 persons.

Zambia Transfers From Victoria falls Airport or Vise Vesa – minimum 4 persons Cost $50p/p One way
Clients will need their Passport and where necessary, a Visa to enter Zambia. Visa fees are not included in any of our rates however clients can buy Visas at the Border and must pay the Dept. of Immigration direct.

Airport Transfers In Livingstone Zambia
Airport to Sun International Properties/David Livingstone – 20 minutes minimum 2 persons Cost $20p/p One way
All our transfers are conducted in Mini Buses and/or Coaches. Our Guide will personally meet your clients with name board that clearly states the client’s name/s. On their journey to town they are given a brief but informative commentary on the area, places to visit and items of special interest.
On arrival clients are given a Welcome letter containing African Coast contact details and details of all services booked with us.
Airport to Livingstone Lodges – minimum 4 persons Cost $18p/p One way
This transfer is applicable to the following properties: Stanleys Safari Lodge, The River Club, Sussi and Choma, Islands of Siankaba, Tongabezi, Toka Leya, Thorntree, Waterberry Lodge and Natural Mystic Lodge.
 
Regrettably, due to poor access road to the following properties, we do not transfer to: Royal Chundu, Chundukwa and Songwe Village.

Private Flights – minimum 4 persons

Transfers to Botswana from Livingstone – minimum 4 persons Cost $65p/p One way

Clients will need their Passports and where necessary, a Visa to enter Botswana. The clients Visa must be purchased in advance from a Botswana High Commission and Visa fees are not included in our transfer rates. Our transfers to and from Botswana are operated at pre-scheduled times and the journey from the Sun International properties to Kasane via the Kazungula Ferry crossing is approximately 1½ hours. If clients wish to travel at an unscheduled time, the transfer will be treated as “private” and will be charged at a minimum of 4 persons.
Kazungula Ferry Crossing Cost $5p/p One way
For all Zambian - Botswana transfers, clients are ferried across the Zambezi River by small speed boat to the Botswana river bank where they are met by 4x4 Game Drive vehicles or Air conditioned minibuses that transfer the clients to their final destination.
